Process Definition & Technology Selection: Through our unbiased technology assessment and selection, we ensure that each customer chooses water and wastewater treatment technology which best suits the specific set of circumstances. Our experts work with the client, developing a complete understanding of the physical/chemical make-up of the water or wastewater to be treated, the output requirements, and any regulatory constraints. We then develop a treatment scenario and select process technology components to meet that requirement.

Engineering & Detailed Design: WESAtech builds project specific teams. Ensuring that the most appropriate engineering and technical support is available for design and implementation is critical to the success of each project. Whatever the level of expertise or the engineering discipline required, WESAtech will engage appropriate professionals and bring the proper talents to bear in an efficient and cost effective manner. We develop complete design packages for water and wastewater treatment projects suitable for use by the client, sub-component fabricators, and regulatory agencies. We use common engineering tools that result in documentation that is easily transferred between the various parties, and our quality assurance system ensures that the entire process is appropriately designed, documented and managed.

Bench & Pilot Scale Testing: With many unique industrial water and wastewater treatment challenges, it is valuable to conduct bench-scale (treatability) experiments and/or pilot-scale (sustainability) trials in order to prove concept, develop control parameters, and provide information relevant to the design of full-scale systems. WESAtech develops experiment protocols and conducts tests either in our own facilities or at the client’s site. We use recognized and properly certified analytical laboratories for third party verification of results.

Project Implementation & Management: WESAtech acts as the focal point for bringing together the physical requirements of each project. We will act as a contracting agent for our client, or provide complete design-build services under turnkey conditions. We select sub-component manufacturers, procure the necessary equipment, and control the implementation and acceptance process. We develop and manage the implementation schedule, supervise site work and construction, oversee installation and commissioning, and ensure that client personnel are properly trained in the operation and maintenance of the completed facility.

Operational Continuity: WESAtech works with each client after project completion, ensuring that on-going technical support is provided when needed, and co-ordinating service and maintenance functions during the warranty period and beyond.
